Leading with theory and experimenting in the field, POP Lab examines power in organizations. We diagnose inequalities in the elite knowledge-producing workforce and test solutions for workplace disparities.

We envision a future where equity is addressed not from a deficit frame – commonly diagnosed as broken pipelines and achievement gaps – but from a systems change perspective, targeting the root causes of inequality.
